การเปลี่ยนสินค้า

ในกรณีต้องการเปลี่ยนสินค้า ลูกค้าจะต้องทำการคืนสินค้าเก่าก่อนและทำรายการสั่งซื้อสินค้าใหม่เท่านั้นโดยลูกค้าจะได้รับเป็นรหัสส่วนลดเพื่อนำไปซื้อสินค้าใหม่

หากต้องการคืนสินค้า กรุณาติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า onlineshop@klosetdesign.com ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนคืนสินค้าที่ร้านค้าคลอเส็ททุกสาขา

การคืนสินค้า

สินค้าสามารถคืนได้ภายใน 5 วันทำการนับตั้งแต่ได้รับสินค้า โดยจะคืนในรูปแบบรหัสเครดิตสะสมเท่านั้น หลังจากเราทำการคืนสินค้าเสร็จสมบูรณ์ เราจะส่งรหัสเครดิตสะสมให้ท่านทางอีเมล 

ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขสำหรับรหัสเครดิต

• รหัสมีอายุการใช้งาน 30 วัน หลังจากได้รับอีเมลแจ้งการใช้งาน
• รหัสสามารถใช้ได้หนึ่งครั้งต่อหนึ่งการสั่งซื้อ สินค้าที่มีราคาต่ำกว่ารหัสเครดิต ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงินส่วนต่างทุกกรณี
• รหัสจะมีจำนวนเงินเท่ากับราคาสินค้าที่คืน และสามารถใช้ได้กับสินค้าราคาเต็มเท่านั้น
• ส่วนลดไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นอื่นๆได้รวมถึงรายการสินค้าในหมวดลดราคา (SALE)
• ออเดอร์ที่ถูกใช้กับรหัสนี้จะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนคืนได้ในทุกกรณี

ข้อกำหนดในการคืนสินค้า

• สามารถคืนสินค้าภายใน 5 วันทำการ นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า
• สินค้าที่สามารถคืนได้ต้องเป็นสินค้าราคาเต็มเท่านั้น 
• ป้ายสินค้าและป้ายราคาต้องอยู่ในสภาพที่สมบูรณ์ มาพร้อมกับใบแจ้งราคาสินค้าและกล่องบรรจุสินค้า
• สินค้าที่สามารถคืนได้ต้องอยู่ในสภาพที่สมบูรณ์ สินค้าต้องไม่ผ่านการซักล้าง สวมใส่ ไม่ผ่านการใช้งานและต้องไม่ชำรุดเสียหาย
• สามารถคืนสินค้าได้หนึ่งครั้งต่อหนึ่งการสั่งซื้อ
• สินค้าลดราคา (SALE) ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนคืนได้ทุกกรณี

คลอเส็ทดีไซน์ สงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการคืนสินค้าใดๆ ที่ไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดข้างต้น

คลอเส็ทดีไซน์ ปฏิเสธการชำระค่าธรรมเนียมการขนส่งหรือการเก็บเงินปลายทาง สำหรับการส่งคืนสินค้า เราขอแนะนำให้คุณส่งคืนสินค้าแบบลงทะเบียนการขนส่ง คลอเส็ทดีไซน์ปฏิเสธการคืนเงินสำหรับพัสดุที่สูญหาย ถูกการโจรกรรม หรืออยู่นอกเหนือการดูแล

การคืนรหัสเครดิตสะสมจะดำเนินการภายใน 3-5 วันทำการ หลังจากเราได้รับพัสดุของท่านที่คลังสินค้าของเรา

ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าที่มีความเสียหาย สินค้ามีตำหนิ หรือสินค้าผิดประเภท กรุณาติดต่อมาที่ onlineshop@klosetdesign.com ภายใน 3 วันนับตั้งแต่ได้รับสินค้า บริษัทจะทำการคืนเงินผ่านช่องทางที่ท่านได้ทำการชำระเข้ามาเท่านั้น

สำหรับบัตรเครดิต ระยะเวลาในการคืนเงินเข้าบัตรจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 14-28 วันทำการ หรือตามรอบบิลนั้นๆ

*ออเดอร์ต่างประเทศไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าได้

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your item, you must initiate a return for your original item and make a new purchase.

To return an item, please contact customer service at onlineshop@klosetdesign.com.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges at Kloset stores.

RETURNS

Items must be returned within 5 days from the date the item is received. Once your return is processed, a credit voucher code reflecting the same amount as the returned purchased items will be sent to you via email.

Terms & Conditions for credit voucher code:

• The credit voucher code expires 30 days after issuance.
• The credit voucher code can be used only once per purchase. If the new total purchase amount is less than the value of the returned items, Klosetdesign reserves the right not to refund the difference.
• The credit voucher code is valid only for full-priced items and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. It does not apply to sale items.
• Orders placed with a credit voucher code are ineligible for return.
• No further discounts can be applied after your order is processed. Please ensure the codes you wish to use are applied before placing your order.

Conditions for Item Returns:

• Items must be returned within 5 days from the date you received them.
• Returned items must be full-priced items only
• Returned items must have intact labels, safety seals, original sales invoices, and packaging. Return is allowed only once per order. Sale items are not eligible for return.
• Each order is eligible for return only once.
• Sale items cannot be returned.

Klosetdesign reserves the right to refuse merchandise exchange that does not meet the stated conditions.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees. It’s recommended to use courier, recorded, or tracked parcel post for returns. Klosetdesign is not liable for lost, stolen, or mishandled parcels.

Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days after the warehouse receives the returned parcel.

If an item received is not in perfect condition, contact onlineshop@klosetdesign.com within 3 business days from receiving the item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Credit card reversals may take 14-28 business days.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
